The following complete buffet packages are designed for groups of one hundred or more. They include: linens for your buffet tables, all chaffing dishes, fuel, complimentary disposable dishes, and serving pieces for your menu. Chef labor is charged at twenty-five dollars per hour on site plus travel time.
